the point is the intention in respect to your soul;
to be depressed, to be negative, to undermine your physical existence is the biggest cruelty to your soul.
That separation from your soul is duality (separation) against the God;
the soul cries under this insane behavior to be separates from God, because love and separation cause pain, love and union is ecstasy.
So, what do you want to save? This big pain occurs when the only thing you want to save is your face!
Than, in order to do it, you justify your corruption: '' I am not rich''; ''I am this'', ''I am that''.
The problem is not your richness or your condition,
the problem is your corruption against your soul, to save your face!
God gave your mind to your human soul, not whatever soul, not to you, to your human soul.
Keep in mind these two words, these to concepts: (human) soul & God,
you cannot separate the two.
Love is trough the subtle bodies, otherwise it is brutal love, it causes pain.

Use the energy of yours most powerful magnet you have right at the center of your chest,
be a master of the polarities; that is the definition of the yogi.
Connect heaven and hell, finite and infinite, be a master in this planet of polarities and entropies.
Move move move, get the tensions out, break the chain which make your body stiff, nobody want tensions, nobody likes tensed people.
Open the door and let him fly.
